For example, Cetaphil is a gentle but effective cleanser that is made for sensitive skin that has no scent or color.

The bottom line is that there are many hypoallergenic lotion brands and related products from which you can choose. In addition to moisturizing with a product made for sensitive skin, you should have a body wash, soap or other type of cleanser made for your skin type also. Usually products made for the body are too harsh to use on the face. Facial products are formulated for the more delicate skin of the face. For the body a good cleanser and lotion should be enough, for the face you may want a hypoallergenic cleanser, treatment for any skin issues you have such as blemishes or signs of aging, moisturizer and sunscreen.
